Financial Policy

Our expectation is that patients pay any fees prior to, or at the time of, their dental work; however, our goal at Hott Family Dentistry is to help you meet your dental needs without the expenses stopping you.

HFD accepts most large dental insurance providers in the area, including HIP and Medicaid. Insurance can help make your visit affordable, and our financial staff at HFD works hard to maximize our patients' insurance benefits. We also recommend pretreatment estimates to prepare you for any out of pocket costs associated with your future appointments. Plus, we offer the following options to assist you in those out of pocket expenses:

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept CareCredit. Follow the link below to apply.
Lastly, we have an in house payment plan offered for up to 24 months based on credit approval. (You must apply for CareCredit before this is available.)
We also accept Sunbit as a monthly payment option.
